My mother\u2019s name is Lynda, so how about Cherilyn?\u2019\u201d\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm3utmeqv000h3b5vzu7afmww@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            After the alarming discovery, Cher writes that she confronted her mother about it, asking, \u201cDo you even know my real name, Mom?\u201d\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm3utqej8000q3b5vccy19art@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            According to the memoir, Holt replied, \u201cI was only a teenager, and I was in a lot of pain.
