That gives a good indication of the number of people who are coming to our libraries to access things like the internet because they don\u2019t have that at home.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Tay also remarked on the sense of community, saying, &#8220;You can really feel a sense of camaraderie and we know that everyone is here because of the power outage situation.
