However, accumulations of 4 to 6 feet are possible this weekend in concentrated, narrow bands of snow.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm43g3zrs00083b6mvnbbcnws@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            High temperatures this weekend will feel more like mid-to-late January in Chicago, Indianapolis, Atlanta, Nashville and Tallahassee. Nearly 70% of the US population is expected to experience temperatures below freezing over the next few days.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm43c8xxd00053b6m9b74dycb@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            Especially frigid conditions are expected Saturday morning in the northern Plains and Upper Midwest, with wind chills well below zero. Jefferson County, where Watertown is located, is one of several areas under the state of emergency New York <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/GovKathyHochul\/status\/1862582957787042237\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Gov. Kathy Hochul issued Friday<\/a> due to the threat of lake-effect snow.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm43drckn00113b6mwabxk72w@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            Northeastern Ohio and northwestern Pennsylvania are also bracing for significant impacts from prolonged, heavy snowfall.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm43c8xxd00093b6m7r87e15n@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            \u201cAccumulations will measure in feet in the hardest hit areas, with breezy conditions leading to drifting snow as well.
