Will HBAR have a similar fate on this occasion?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Hedera\u2019s meteoric rise<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">HBAR investors must be celebrating last week, as CoinMarketCap\u2019s <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/coinmarketcap.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow external noreferrer\" data-wpel-link=\"external\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">data<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> revealed that the token\u2019s price surged by 38% during that period. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The bullish trend continued in the past 24 hours because the token witnessed another nearly 24% hike. With this, the token\u2019s price reached $0.205 with a market capitalization of over $7.8 billion. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As Hedera\u2019s value increased, its social metrics also increased \u2014 a signal of rising popularity of the token in the crypto space. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the meantime, Crypto Tony, a popular crypto analyst, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/CryptoTony__\/status\/1862828674392760331?t=nJlGMtTxj1vaxfHorG_cpA&amp;s=19\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow external noreferrer\" data-wpel-link=\"external\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pointed out<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> that this price hike opened a good entry spot for investors. But is it actually the case?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Why HBAR\u2019s price might drop\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Though the meteoric price hike favored investors, such incidents are frequently followed by price corrections.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Once the hype settles, the token might witness a slight pullback, which would rather be a better opportunity for inventors to open new positions. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This possibility was supported by the token\u2019s dropping trading volume. As per Santiment\u2019s data, HBAR\u2019s volume declined sharply while its price soared.
