He also accused her of instigating the alleged fight. <\/p>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Kim Zolciak claimed the alleged altercation happened on Nov. 26. <span class=\"credit\">WireImage<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>The pair share four biological kids. <span class=\"credit\">Instagram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The incident reportedly happened in front of some of their children. Zolciak and Biermann share four kids: KJ, 13, and Kash, 12, and 11-year-old twins Kaia and Kane. <\/p>\n<p>The former football player adopted Zolciak\u2019s daughters, Brielle, 27, and Ariana, 23, from a previous relationship.<\/p>\n<p>Two of their kids spoke to authorities about the incident but were not named in the report. <\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><figcaption>They filed for divorce in May 2023. <span class=\"credit\">Mr.Canon \/ Splash News<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Kroy also adopted Kim\u2019s two older daughters from her previous relationship. <span class=\"credit\">WireImage<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>According to one of the children, Zolciak fell from the ladder and landed on top of Biermann during the altercation. The other child said Biermann was the one who was initially removing the curtains, which upset Zolciak, who then allegedly decided to take matters into her own hands and do the job herself. <\/p>\n<p>While one of the kids said they were not told what to say to authorities and were encouraged by Biermann to be truthful, the other claimed they didn\u2019t witness the fight but overheard the disagreement. <\/p>\n<p>Per the report, no arrests were made since the investigators could not determine which party was the \u201cprimary aggressor.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>The kids \u2014 who were not named \u2014 were not able to back up Kim\u2019s claims. <span class=\"credit\">Getty Images for Extra<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>The exes are still fighting over money and property, including their mansion, which has yet to be foreclosed on. <span class=\"credit\">MEGA<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The Post has reached out to Zolciak\u2019s rep for comment.<\/p>\n<p>Cops <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2023\/10\/04\/kim-zolciaks-ex-kroy-biermann-barricades-himself-in-bedroom-during-nasty-fight\/\">have responded to several calls<\/a> made by the ex-couple during their toxic split.<\/p>\n<p>They initially <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2023\/05\/09\/kroy-biermann-filed-for-divorce-from-kim-zolciak-first\/\">filed for divorce<\/a> in May 2023, and despite a brief reconciliation, Biermann refiled for divorce just weeks later. <\/p>\n<p>Zolciak and Biermann\u2019s divorce is still ongoing as they are fighting over finances, custody of the kids and more.<\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_3-0\">The pair met in May 2010 and welcomed their first child together one year later.<\/p>\n<p>Biermann popped the question in Oct. 2011, and they tied the knot one month later.
