From watching the video, he said, \u201cit does seem that he\u2019s proficient in the use of firearms as he was able to clear the malfunctions pretty quickly.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"rt-Box w-full\">\n<p class=\"rt-Text\">After his initial flight from the scene, the suspect was later seen riding on an e-bike, including when he was spotted in Central Park.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"rt-Box w-full\">\n<p class=\"rt-Text\">\u201cThe motive for this murder currently is unknown,\u201d Kenny said. \u201cBased on the evidence we have so far, it does appear that the victim was specifically targeted. It is a division of parent Minnetonka-based UnitedHealth Group, which is the fourth-largest public company in America behind Walmart, Amazon and Apple.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"rt-Box w-full\">\n<p class=\"rt-Text\">His wife, Paulette Thompson, told NBC News that he had been receiving threats. \u201cThere had been some threats,\u201d she said in a phone call to NBC News. \u201cBasically, I don\u2019t know, a lack of coverage? I don\u2019t know details.
