Previously listed as Jane Doe, Anna disclosed her identity as required by the court to continue with the lawsuit.<\/p>\n<p class=\"col-body mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words min-w-0\">Kane alleges that she was sexually assaulted by Diddy and others in 2003 when she was just 17 years old and still in high school. She claims that Harve Pierre, president of Bad Boy Entertainment, approached her in Detroit, complimented her appearance, and invited her to New York City via private jet. Upon arrival, she alleges she was taken to a recording studio, given drugs and alcohol, and subsequently assaulted.<\/p>\n<p class=\"col-body mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words min-w-0\">In a statement through her attorney, Kane expressed her determination to move forward despite the challenges of going public. \u201cDefendants\u2019 demand that I use my name was an attempt to intimidate me, but I am not intimidated. I am prepared to proceed and hold accountable those who have harmed me,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"col-body mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words min-w-0\">Sean Combs has denied all allegations. The lawsuit comes amid mounting legal troubles for the music mogul, who has faced multiple lawsuits in recent weeks, including another high-profile case involving singer Cassie, which was settled in November 2023.<\/p>\n<p class=\"col-body mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words min-w-0\">Anna Kane married Evander Kane in 2018, and the couple shares one child.
