Coordination has accelerated between the countries in the aftermath of <a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/hub\/russia-ukraine\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:Russia's invasion of Ukraine in 2022.;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">Russia&#8217;s invasion of Ukraine in 2022.<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"col-body mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words min-w-0\">The officials noted that as Russia has become more isolated by much of the world, <a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/russia-iran-military-cooperation-d982dd3faf78fbb17dfc8b9c1cb9dae7\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:Moscow has turned to Iran for drones;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">Moscow has turned to Iran for drones<\/a> and missiles. China, meanwhile, has supported Russia with <a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/united-states-china-russia-ukraine-war-265df843be030b7183c95b6f3afca8ec\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:dual use components;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">dual use components<\/a> that help keep its military industrial base afloat.<\/p>\n<p class=\"col-body mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words min-w-0\">In return, Russia has sent <a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/iran-russia-fighter-drone-495c0018a9af2443e767b8ccd39801e4\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:fighter jets to Iran;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">fighter jets to Iran<\/a> and assisted Tehran as it looks to bolster its missile defense and space technology.<\/p>\n<p class=\"col-body mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words min-w-0\">North Korea has received from Russia much-needed fuel and funding to help build out its manufacturing and military capabilities. The officials added that Russia has \u201cde facto accepted North Korea as a nuclear weapon state.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"col-body mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words min-w-0\">China, meanwhile, is benefiting from Russian know-how, with the two countries working together to deepen their military technical cooperation.
