In the complaint, he alleges that he was drugged and sodomized by Combs at one of his infamous \u201cwhite parties\u201d in the Hamptons. <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tIn 2007, Doe said he was employed at the private security firm that was hired to work the party. During the night, he alleges that Combs personally provided him two drinks that the complaint claims were laced with GHB and ecstasy. <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\t\u201cThe first drink started to have some affect on me and I just thought, \u2018Wow these are really strong drinks.\u2019 It wasn\u2019t until the second drink \u2014 and it was already too late \u2014 that I realized that there was something wrong with the drinks,\u201d Doe told CNN\u2019s Elizabeth Wagmeister. \u201cSadly, Sean Combs was waiting in the wings. He was watching from some sort of vantage point and once I was in a helpless position and he was sure that he was in a position of power, then he took advantage of the situation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tFrom there, Doe alleges that Combs forcibly pushed him into a vehicle, held him down and sodomized him. \u201cI was screaming, I was telling him to stop,\u201d Doe said. \u201cIt was incredibly painful, and he was acting like it was nothing and he seemed to be disconnected from it. But it was abusive beyond belief.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tCNN reports that Doe\u2019s complaint states that he then reported the alleged incident to his supervisor, who dismissed him. \u201cAfter that, he didn\u2019t talk to me again, he cut me out of everything,\u201d Doe said of his manager. \u201cI was totally blacklisted after that. I had to find a different field.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tDoe also claimed in the CNN interview that a celebrity witnessed the alleged assault, saying: \u201cThere was one high-profile individual who saw what happened and found it amusing.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tHe is seeking compensatory and punitive damages, saying that the alleged assault harmed his career and contributed to the end of his marriage, in addition to giving him emotional and mental health issues.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tHowever, CNN notes that there were several inconsistencies between Doe\u2019s complaint and the interview. The suit states that the alleged incident occurred in 2006, while Doe told CNN it was 2007, and also says that he had never been married. According to CNN, Combs\u2019 2006 White Party was held in St. Tropez and the 2007 event was in the Hamptons. After being made aware of the discrepancies, Doe\u2019s lawyers filed to amend the suit. <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tCNN reports that Combs\u2019 lawyers declined to comment on Doe\u2019s new interview, referring to their previous statement on the lawsuits and federal charges against their client: \u201cMr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone \u2014 adult or minor, man or woman.\u201d Representatives for Combs did not immediately respond to <em>Variety<\/em>\u2018s request for further comment.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tCombs is currently incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, N.Y. after being arrested on Sept. 16 by Homeland Security on charges of racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution. He pleaded not guilty to the charges. Combs has been\u00a0denied bail several times and is set to remain behind bars until his trial in May of next year. If found guilty of racketeering, Combs could face life in prison.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tIn addition to the federal charges, Combs is facing roughly 30 civil lawsuits, with many of the plaintiffs represented by lawyer Tony Buzbee, who has pledged to file over 100 complaints. On Sunday, Buzbee refiled a previous suit against Combs to include rapper <a href=\"https:\/\/variety.com\/2024\/music\/news\/jay-z-named-with-sean-diddy-combs-sexual-assault-lawsuit-1236242857\/\">Jay-Z as a defendant<\/a>. The complaint alleges that the two raped a 13-year-old girl in 2000 after they had brought her to an MTV Music Video Awards afterparty.
