The investigation determined it was a domestic incident, leading to Mr. Georgiou\u2019s arrest.\u201d <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\t\u201cMr. Georgiou was booked for misdemeanor domestic violence and later posted bail. Formal charges are pending review by the Burbank City Attorney\u2019s office,\u201d the spokesperson said. Kennedy was charged with misdemeanor domestic violence and released after posting a $20,000 bail. TMZ first broke the news of Kennedy\u2019s arrest. <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tKennedy and his live-in girlfriend Ally Lewber, who is not named, both attended a party hosted at \u201cReal Housewives of Beverly Hills\u201d star Kathy Hilton\u2019s home that same night.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tKennedy was a cast member on Bravo\u2019s \u201cVanderpump Rules\u201d dating back to Season 4, after appearing in guest and recurring roles in the second and third seasons. He began working as a busboy at Lisa Vanderpump\u2019s restaurant SUR and is now a popular DJ. Over the course of \u201cVanderpump Rules,\u201d Kennedy was known for his extremes (including with drinking), and at times would try to be \u201cCalifornia sober,\u201d meaning he would stop drinking and doing other drugs, but would smoke weed to help him not drink. On top of that, earlier this year, questions about Kennedy\u2019s behavior toward his ex-girlfriend Kristen Doute \u2014\u00a0once a \u201cVanderpump Rules\u201d star who\u2019s now on \u201cThe Valley\u201d \u2014 spread throughout the Bravosphere. Doute, viewers thought, had written about him without naming him in her 2020 book \u201cHe\u2019s Making You Crazy: How to Get the Guy, Get Even, and Get Over It.\u201d In the book, Doute wrote about a relationship she characterized as verbally abusive, writing: \u201cAnd then it escalated. Broken furniture, shattered picture frames, doors slamming and holes punched in my wall. Once that line had been crossed, it was only a matter of time before he put his hands on <em>me<\/em>: shoving, pushing, and physical restraint.\u201d On Thursday, on her Instagram Stories, Doute posted a screenshot of TMZ, and wrote \u201cFINALLY.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tAdditionally, Bravo stars Tamra Judge (of \u201cThe Real Housewives of Orange County\u201d) and Teddi Mellencamp (formerly of \u201cThe Real Housewives of Beverly Hills\u201d inserted themselves into this story, when on their \u201cTwo Ts in a Pod\u201d podcast they alluded to a fight Kennedy and Lewber had in front of them in a limousine that got physical \u2014\u00a0though neither of them gave specifics about what they\u2019d seen. When the vague incident went viral, Lewber then went onto <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=0jxQQPjyveA\" target=\"_blank\">\u201cVanderpump Rules\u201d cast member\u2019s Scheana Shay\u2019s \u201cScheananigans<\/a>\u201c<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=0jxQQPjyveA\" target=\"_blank\"> podcast<\/a> to deny anything serious had happened. She said that she and Kennedy had gotten into an argument, \u201cbut there was no physical assault \u2014\u00a0I was not bleeding.\u201d She went on to say, \u201cFor the record, James has never physically hurt me or assaulted me. And we\u2019re good. We\u2019re happy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tKennedy is no longer an employee of Bravo, of course. There was a <a href=\"https:\/\/variety.com\/2024\/tv\/news\/vanderpump-rules-cast-rebooted-season-12-bravo-1236223685\/\">major \u201cVanderpump Rules\u201d shake-up last month<\/a>, when Bravo announced that the entire cast would be replaced and the reality show would be rebooted in Season 12. The show hit ratings highs with Season 10 in the wake of its controversial cheating scandal dubbed \u201cScandoval,\u201d but it couldn\u2019t sustain the momentum with Season 11.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tProduction on the all-new Season 12 will begin next year.
