The drone even captured some ice pancakes on the water&#8217;s surface.<\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\">The area around Hamburg has already received 4\u20136 feet of snow this winter, exceeding the area&#8217;s average for an entire season.<\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxweather.com\/extreme-weather\/lake-effect-snow-whiteout-erie-hamburg-i90\"><strong>WATCH: LAKE-EFFECT SNOWS BRING WHITEOUT CONDITIONS ON I-90 ALONG LAKE ERIE<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\">Hamburg and the rest of Erie County, New York are one of several under States of Emergency this week.
