We fight FROM victory, not FOR victory. This was over before it began. This 1-800 lawyer doesn\u2019t realize it yet, but, soon.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tIn a new interview with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcnews.com\/news\/us-news\/jay-z-rape-accuser-comes-forward-nbc-news-acknowledges-inconsistencies-rcna183435\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">NBC News<\/a>, an Alabama woman acknowledged the inconsistencies in her allegations where she claims Jay-Z and <a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/tag\/diddy\/\" id=\"auto-tag_diddy\" data-tag=\"diddy\">Diddy<\/a> raped her when she was 13 years old.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\t\u201cI have made some mistakes,\u201d she told NBC News.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tHowever, the woman, identified as Jane Doe, maintains that the overall allegations are true despite some of the details not being consistent. One claim she made was that her father picked her up following the alleged assault but her father doesn\u2019t remember that.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tJay-Z\u2019s lawyer Alex Spiro also shared a statement saying, \u201cIt is stunning that a lawyer would not only file such a serious complaint without proper vetting, but would make things worse by further peddling this false story in the press.
