Cardona was the brother of the mayor&#8217;s wife, the office said. <\/p>\n<p>The deadly shooting happened in the municipality of Angamacutiro, located in the northern part of the state.<\/p>\n<p>The couple reportedly owned a house in Angamacutiro, which was near where authorities said the shooting happened.
