A woman who lived nearby then knocked on his truck&#8217;s door pleading for help as she was having trouble getting her car started.\u00a0<\/p>\n<div class=\"featured featured-video video-ct\">\n<div class=\"video-wrapper\">\n<div class=\"info\">\n<div class=\"caption\">\n<p class=\"sub-text\">A video shared by Caleb Serban-Lawler shows him helping to rescue a woman and her four dogs while he was attempting to escape the Palisades Fire last week.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\">The woman told him that her dogs were still trapped in her garage up the street, and she needed help getting them out. I thought I was going to die.&#8221;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\">The woman then thanks Serban-Lawler for helping her escape.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\">&#8220;I got you. No problem,&#8221; he said back.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\">The Palisades Fire has prompted thousands of evacuations and burned 23,713 acres of land.
