the voice can be heard saying.<\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\">Martinez and Alkonis immediately rushed to see where the voice was coming from. she said.<\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\">To which Martinez replied, &#8220;Well, then let\u2019s get you outta here!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\">The heroic deputies assured the woman that they would get her out of the building and bring her to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxweather.com\/category\/safety\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">safety<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\">&#8220;OK, but don\u2019t lose me,&#8221; the woman replied. &#8220;I\u2019m deaf. I\u2019ve got to charge my hearing aid. I\u2019m 100 (years old).&#8221;<\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\">The LASD praised deputies Martinez and Alkonis for their heroic actions in saving the woman\u2019s life.<\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\">&#8220;In the face of adversity, these deputies took immediate action,&#8221; Los Angeles County Sheriff Robert Luna <a href=\"https:\/\/local.nixle.com\/alert\/11364595\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">said in a statement<\/a>. &#8220;Their swift response under extreme pressure is a true reflection of their commitment. I commend them and all deputies who responded to the wildfires for their unwavering dedication and service to the community, working tirelessly to save lives amid such danger.
