powerful floodwater in Panther, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxweather.com\/category\/west-virginia\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">West Virginia<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\">Located along the southern border of West Virginia, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxweather.com\/local-weather\/west-virginia\/panther\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Panther<\/a> received about 3 inches of rain on Saturday, with much of it flowing down the town\u2019s mountains and into surging waterways.<\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\">One of which was the Tug Fork River, where resident Heather Bailey filmed her cousin\u2019s sports car being sent downstream by a powerful river current.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\">In her video, the raging river can be seen slamming the vehicle up against a data-v-438398f6=\"\">&#8220;We were able to move all of the other vehicles to higher ground, but it came so fast that we were unable to get this one moved,&#8221; Bailey said.<\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\">She added that the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxweather.com\/category\/flood\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">flood<\/a> took out two sheds and destroyed a garage, as addition to West Virginia, parts of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxweather.com\/category\/kentucky\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kentucky<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxweather.com\/category\/tennessee\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tennessee<\/a> also saw flash flooding over the weekend.
