href=\"https:\/\/www.foxweather.com\/category\/winter-weather\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">winter weather<\/a> conditions in Suffolk, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxweather.com\/category\/virginia\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Virginia<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\">Both passengers were driving along East Washington Street and Hollywood Avenue around 2:15 p.m. when they suddenly crashed and plunged into the water.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\">The City of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxweather.com\/local-weather\/virginia\/suffolk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Suffolk<\/a> Department of Fire and Rescue, along with the Suffolk Police Underwater Search
