The Dakotas, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxweather.com\/category\/montana\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Montana<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxweather.com\/category\/wyoming\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Wyoming<\/a> and parts of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxweather.com\/category\/minnesota\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Minnesota<\/a> will be the most at risk.
