He noted that the raccoons were on a &#8220;top-secret mission.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxweather.com\/how-to-watch-fox-weather-on-tv\"><strong><u>HOW TO WATCH FOX WEATHER<\/u><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\">Raccoons are nocturnal animals that adapt well in city environments, according to the University of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxweather.com\/category\/california\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">California<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxweather.com\/category\/agriculture\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Agriculture<\/a> and Natural Resources.
