href=\"https:\/\/www.foxweather.com\/category\/severe-weather\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>severe weather<\/u><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxweather.com\/category\/tornadoes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>tornadoes<\/u><\/a> and torrential rain has come to an end, but the danger is far from over in communities across the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxweather.com\/category\/midwest\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>Midwest<\/u><\/a> and South as angry rivers continue to rise, forcing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxweather.com\/category\/family\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>families<\/u><\/a> from their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxweather.com\/category\/home\" target=\"_blank\"
