said Lousiville Fire Chief Brian O\u2019Neill. &#8220;We are certainly going to be helping out, public works is going to be working hard.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxweather.com\/extreme-weather\/dock-bridge-flooded-kentucky-river-frankfort\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>WATCH: DOCK CRASHES INTO KENTUCKY BRIDGE AFTER BREAKING FREE DURING FLOOD<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\">&#8220;It\u2019s bad, but it could have been a heck of a lot worse,&#8221; O\u2019Neill added when talking about damage from the storms.<\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\">The fire chief advised locals to stay away from the water as much as possible. Despite the fun appeal of using a kayak to get around, it is unsafe.
