However, more than 14 million people have been placed in a level 2 out of 5 risk on its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxweather.com\/learn\/weather-geek-speak-severe-weather-categories-explained\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">5-point severe thunderstorm risk scale<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\">Cities in that threat zone include <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxweather.com\/category\/washington-dc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Washington, D.C.<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxweather.com\/local-weather\/ohio\/cincinnati\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cincinnati<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxweather.com\/local-weather\/kentucky\/lexington\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lexington<\/a>, Kentucky and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxweather.com\/local-weather\/virginia\/arlington\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Arlington<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxweather.com\/local-weather\/virginia\/alexandria\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Alexandria<\/a>, Virginia.<\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxweather.com\/learn\/watch-vs-warning-here-are-the-differences-between-these-weather-terms-that-could-save-your-life\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><u>WATCH VS. However, some tornadoes are also possible.
