NOAA Adopt a Drifter Earth Day Event: Miami buoy deployment (April 27, 2012)

In celebration of Earth Day, three Miami area students deployed a National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) ocean drifter off South Florida, April 27, 2012.
