Homes collapsing on coast of North Carolina

A series of home collapses on the coast of North Carolina, including three in the last week, raises new concerns about building along the ocean. Homeowners are frustrated in part because insurance won’t pay unless homes are lost because of a catastrophic event. NBC News’ Anne Thompson reports.
