Jax Taylor Gives Brittany Cartwright Custody of Son Cruz in Divorce Doc

Jax Taylor is SURving up divorce papers.

One month after Brittany Cartwright filed to legally end their four-year marriage, the Vanderpump Rules alum agreed in court documents obtained by E! News Oct. 2 to give his estranged wife full legal and physical custody of their 3-year-old son Cruz.

In the filing, handwritten and submitted on Sept. 26, Jax (real name Jason Cauchi) did not tick the box requesting child visitation time. He did check the “other” box under the child support section, but did not provided any specific details per instructions.

Furthermore, he listed a different date of separation than the one Brittany put down in her divorce docs. While his ex said the couple broke up on Jan. 24 in her paperwork, Jax wrote down Sept. 26—the date of his divorce filing—as their date of separation.

E! News has reached out to Jax and Brittany’s reps for comment but hasn’t heard back.
