Michigan State comes into this game trending in the opposite direction. After starting 3-0 start in Year 1 of the Jonathan Smith, the Spartans have dropped back-to-back games to Boston College and Ohio State. Michigan State is hoping to improve after recording only 246 yards of total offense in last week’s 38-7 loss to the Buckeyes.
