Texas Coast Floods From Gulf Tropical System

Parts of Texas’ coast have been inundated by seawater as a result of winds blowing onshore around a tropical system in the Gulf of Mexico. This system is expected to slide into Mexico by Thursday, but its impacts will continue to be felt in South Texas.
