Skyscraper damaged by hurricane imploded
The Hertz Tower, formerly known as the Capital One Tower, in Lake Charles, Louisiana, was imploded nearly four years after it was damaged by both Hurricane Laura and Delta. The storms left the building uninhabitable. #CNN #News
