SpaceX’s Falcon 9 to resume operations, FAA announces after investigation
SpaceX’s Falcon 9 vehicle is authorized to return to regular flight operations after a mission mishap a few weeks ago, the Federal Aviation Administration announced in a statement. The FAA reviewed and accepted the SpaceX-led investigation findings and corrective actions for the mishap that happened with the Crew-9 mission on Sept. 28. The FAA previously closed the SpaceX-led investigations on Oct. 11 for the Falcon 9 mishaps that occurred with the Starlink 9-3 on July 11 and the Starlink 8-6 on Aug. 28.The FAA said they are responsible for and committed to protecting the public during commercial space transportation launch and reentry operations.>> Related: SpaceX successfully launches BlueBird satellites on Falcon 9 rocket
