King Charles meets survivors of Southport knife attack | BBC News



King Charles has met with survivors of a knife attack carried out in Southport, UK – in which three young girls died, and ten others were seriously injured.

Bebe King, Elsie Dot Stancombe, and Alice da Silva Aguiar died when a knifeman attacked at a Taylor Swift-themed dance class on 29 July.

During a private meeting the King heard about the experiences of some of the young children who were attacked, and also signed a book of condolence.

The monarch also met regional leaders and has been hearing from frontline staff who responded to the attack.
