Formation chance for Invest 94-L slightly increases in Atlantic

This is because the system is located in a less conducive area for development. However, Invest 94-L is forecast to move westward or west-northward away from the Cabo Verde islands through next week.That area has more favorable conditions for development, and a tropical depression could form as the system approaches the Leeward Islands by the end of this week. According to the NHC, the system has a 10% chance of formation in the next two days but that increases to 40% in the next seven days.
