Khloe Kardashian recently shared striking photos showcasing her face’s transformation after receiving filler injections, following the removal of a tumour from her cheek that she discovered in 2022.
Opening about the procedure she underwent following the removal of cancerous tissue in 2022, the 40-year-old shared multiple photos highlighting a significant indent on her right cheek, which resulted from the surgery and tumor removal.She revealed that she waited nine months after the procedure before getting the indentation filled.
Regarding the delay in addressing the indent, the reality star explained that it was important to ensure everything was medically safe before proceeding, and she received her doctor’s approval before moving forward.
Khloe, who has a daughter, True Thompson, 6, and a son, Tatum Thompson, 2, with ex Tristan Thompson, shared before-and-after images showcasing the results of her facial indent after receiving filler injections. She also posted a photo of her heavily bandaged face following the procedure.
The founder of Good American initially discussed her facial tumor on social media in 2022, explaining that she discovered a small bump on her face that persisted for seven months before she decided to have it biopsied.
Khloe, who previously had melanoma on her back at 19, closely monitored her situation and had doctors remove the tumor. She documented the experience during the third season of The Kardashians, mentioning that the doctor had to remove more tissue than initially planned. In a 2023 Instagram post, she emphasized the importance of regular skin cancer checkups, reflecting on how a small spot unexpectedly turned into skin cancer and expressing concern about what might have happened if she hadn’t sought medical attention.
