Donald Trump launched into a late-night Truth Social rant about election rival Kamala Harris’s medical records last night, alleging that while his own health is “flawless”, hers is “not good”, citing what he claimed were two “deeply serious conditions that clearly impact her functioning” that were mentioned in the report she released over the weekend.

The Republican also taunted his rival for pushing for a second debate and predicted her upcoming Fox News interview with Bret Baier would be “weak and soft”.

The Democrat meanwhile hit back at a rally in Eerie, Pennsylvania, by playing recordings of Trump threatening to deploy the National Guard or even the military against American citizens from a Sunday interview with Fox’s Maria Bartiromo and calling him “increasingly unstable and unhinged”.

The former president was in the same state last night taking part in a town hall event in suburban Philadelphia that turned into a confused, impromptu dance party when two people in the audience suffered medical emergencies.

Trump was left awkwardly bopping his head on stage to a selection of pop music and show tunes while medics dealt with a pair of supporters who apparently fainted in the heat of the auditorium.

North Carolina Lt Gov Mark Robinson sues CNN for defamation over ‘I’m a Black Nazi’ porn forum story

Mark Robinson, the Lieutenant Governor of North Carolina, is suing CNN and Louis Love Money, a singer in a punk rock band, for defamation over the network’s story tracing his alleged history of comments on a porn forum in which he said he was a “Black Nazi” and Money’s music video “The Lt. Governor Owes Me Money”.

The complaint, filed in the Wake County, North Carolina General Court of Justice, Superior Court Division states:

CNN and Louis Love Money are responsible for a new low in digital lynching. In a malicious hit job so well timed as to be uncanny, they have published disgusting lies about Lieutenant Governor Mark Robinson in what appears to be a coordinated attack aimed at derailing his campaign for governor, and has already inflicted immeasurable harm to his family, his reputation, and his good name. This lawsuit, while utterly insufficient to right this wrong, shall serve as a small measure of accountability.

Here’s our coverage of the CNN story:

Microsoft says cyber criminals are increasingly helping Russia and China target US, allies

Russia, China and Iran are increasingly relying on criminal networks to lead cyberespionage and hacking operations against adversaries like the U.S., according to a report on digital threats published Tuesday by Microsoft.

The growing collaboration between authoritarian governments and criminal hackers has alarmed national security officials and cybersecurity experts who say it represents the increasingly blurred lines between actions directed by Beijing or the Kremlin aimed at undermining rivals and the illicit activities of groups typically more interested in financial gain.

Truth Social: Trump continues to rage about 60 Minutes after backing out of interview

Continuing last night’s attack of the crazies, the Republican nominee is back online this morning warning that there are “21 days to save America” and raging about CBS’s flagship current affairs show after walking out on an interview with them when they presumed to fact-check, also invoking “the good ol’ days when Journalism was respected” in the same breath after doing more than any person to undermine the profession’s credibility in the eyes of the public.

“I’ve done 60 Minutes many times, even back in the good ol’ days when Journalism was respected and legit, but I have never seen a very poor answer being REPLACED by another, totally unrelated answer, in order to save the person great personal and professional embarrassment. What 60 Minutes did in doing this was Election Interference and Fraud. It is the worst and most blatant scandal in Broadcast History, and will not be soon forgotten. Just watch!”

Trump is selling a near-$1m ‘Ultra MAGA Experience’ package at his Madison Square Garden rally

Donald Trump is offering a special package to those looking for the “Ultra MAGA Experience” during his planned New York City rally – but nobody knows what it entails.

The Republican presidential nominee is planning an October 27 rally at Manhattan’s Madison Square Garden along with running mate JD Vance. While they have no chance of winning Manhattan, Trump is still pressing ahead with the gathering in his old hometown.

Now, Trump is offering six different tiers of donation packages along with the rally. At the top of the list is the $924,600 “Ultra MAGA Experience” but there are no details as to what the package includes and whether or not a personal meeting with the big man might feature.

The nearly-seven-figure package is on the same day and at the same location as the rally, but no other information is disclosed.
