Los Angeles kidnapping attempt foiled by neighbor
Chilling video captured the attempted kidnapping of an 11-year-old girl in Los Angeles. A neighbor intervened, shouting and chasing the suspect away, allowing the girl to escape. Authorities have arrested a suspect. David Muir reports.
