CDC says dozens more sickened by E. coli infections

The CDC says dozens more people have become sick from E. coli tied to McDonald’s Quarter Pounders with slivered onions. McDonald’s has withdrawn Quarter Pounders from affected areas. NBC News’ Maggie Vespa reports.
