Imminent combat expected as North Korean troops gather at Ukraine’s border

The Biden administration reports that 8,000 North Korean troops are gathering on Russia’s side of the Ukraine border to support the Kremlin. Defense Secretary Austin warned that if North Korean troops engage in combat they would become military targets.
