At least 95 die in flash floods in Spain
In Spain, flash flooding has killed at least 95 people and dozens more are unaccounted for. It mostly happened in the country’s east, with some areas seeing a year’s with of rain in eight hours. NBC News’ Matt Bodner reports for Early Today.
