Prince Harry has been opening up about the pain of losing his mother, as he discussed the impact of grief on military families.

The Duke of Sussex is an ambassador to a charity which supports bereaved children of military parents.

He spoke to the charity’s founder Nikki Scott, whose husband was killed in Afghanistan.
