Israeli Prime Minister is scheduled to address a joint meeting of Congress this week after accepting a bipartisan invitation from Congressional leaders. His visit comes as the Palestinian death toll in Gaza climbs past 38,000 and ceasefire and hostage release talks continue to flounder.
