Human head that washed up on South Florida beach belongs to missing swimmer

Authorities said the human head that washed ashore in South Florida belongs to a 19-year-old swimmer who went missing. Victor Enrique Castaneda Jr. was attempting to save his sister struggling in the water when he disappeared. WTVJ’s Niko Clemmons reports.
