Dog joins West Virginia governor onstage at RNC

West Virginia Gov. Jim Justice brought his 60-pound English bulldog, Babydog, on stage with him at the RNC as he gave a speech praising Trump and promised a Republican return to power on Capitol Hill. CNN’s Phil Mattingly spoke with Gov. Justice about what Babydog means for his campaign.
