  • 9/28: W 27-24 vs Minnesota
  • 10/5: L 27-17 at Washington
  • 10/19: L 21-7 at Illinois
  • 10/26: W 24-17 vs Michigan State
  • 11/2: L 38-17 vs Oregon
  • 11/9: L 20-15 at Indiana
  • 11/23: W 50-6 vs Northwestern
  • 11/20: W 13-10 at Ohio State
  • SEASON TOTAL: 7-5

Per ESPN’s Football Power Index, Michigan’s strength of schedule ranked No. 7 in the nation.

Michigan’s faced five teams currently ranked in the Top 25 of the College Football Playoff Rankings with a win over No. 6 Ohio State (10-2) and losses to No. 1 Oregon (12-0), No. 2 Texas (11-1), No. 9 Indiana (11-1), and No. 21 Illinois (9-3).
