Man accused of carrying out assassination of Russian general

Russian authorities say a suspect is under arrest in the bombing that killed a general and has confessed to the killing. Ukraine’s security force claimed responsibility for the assassination. NBC News’ Keir Simmons went to the scene of the bombing in Moscow.
